When will I get the replacement product?
In general, you will receive the replacement product within 48 working hours from the time the manufacturer confirms the possibility of replacement under the warranty. We will contact the customer directly to notify him of the shipment number and details, but in some cases where the product is not available in stock, we will coordinate with the manufacturer to ship it directly with the payment.
