- Bronze: Rich and warm. A smooth, aromatic tobacco blend infused with notes of cocoa and dried fruit.
- Sienna: Balanced and woody. A well-balanced roasted tobacco blend with woody undertones and subtle tea notes.
- Amber: Balanced and roasted. A well-balanced roasted tobacco blend with subtle woody and nutty notes.
- Smooth Menthol: Balanced and refreshing. Lower menthol content (7 mg menthol/cigarette).

Although HEETS offers a wider variety of flavors in global markets, Philip Morris International (PMI) will not be able to market flavors that have not been authorized for marketing in the United States (i.e., those for which no marketing authorization application has been filed). Consequently, due to the lengthy and costly marketing authorization process, American smokers will initially have to settle for a limited selection (in terms of flavor variety) and less sophisticated (i.e., no special editions or new innovations) of heated tobacco sticks.

– In HEETS sticks, the tobacco is not burned, but heated.
– HEETS delivers the authentic taste of tobacco, which differs from what smokers are accustomed to in traditional cigarettes.
– Smokers who have switched to IQOS report less discomfort and less aftertaste compared to smoking a traditional cigarette (based on an independent online survey conducted between 2015 and 2017, which included 3,344 IQOS users in Japan, Switzerland, Italy, Romania, and Russia).
HEETS cigarettes are designed to last an average of 6 minutes or 14 puffs, which is (somewhat) similar to a traditional cigarette. However, because HEETS has a different (weaker) flavor, smokers may be tempted to puff more frequently. Longer, lighter puffs extend the duration of use.
