Delivery Times and Steps
Story Vape Saudi Service: 24-hour delivery with tracking capabilities. We aim to deliver orders the next day. Over 95% of orders arrive the same day in Riyadh. For other cities, we ship orders as quickly as possible, so they arrive within two days.
When your order is complete, it means it has been processed and ready for shipping. Once your order has shipped, we'll send you tracking information via the email address you used when completing your purchase.

How can I track my order?

Delivery and Return Terms and Conditions
1. Cases in which Story Vape Saudi Arabia bears the return cost:
The product received was damaged upon delivery.
The product does not function as described by the manufacturer, including any defective product.
The product does not match the product ordered.
Express delivery is available if you cannot reach a post office and/or a printer is unavailable.
2. If the customer provides an incorrect address, and the order is processed and dispatched, Store Vape Saudi Arabia will not pay for the replacement order or refund the customer.
3. We recommend that if you wish to return a product you purchased, the fastest way to obtain a replacement is to return the product. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund the original purchase price if it is found to be defective.
4. Story Vape Saudi is not responsible for any delivery delays beyond our control, including but not limited to: shipping company strikes, loss of products by the delivery agent, inclement weather, or delivery agent downtime.
5. Once a package leaves the store and is scanned through the shipping company's network, we cannot refund the amount paid unless it is returned to us or the shipping company determines it is lost. There may be instances where an investigation into the delivery process is required, and until this investigation is completed, we cannot process a refund.
6. Products for sale are non-returnable under any circumstances.

We offer international vape shipping to Jordan, Egypt, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and all other countries.
There are three options for international shipping: DHL, Aramex, or SMSA Express.
