At Story Vape, we follow a precise method of examining the products and ensuring that they reach you in their original condition as they came from the manufacturer, but we cannot predict that the device is 100% free of manufacturing defects. Unfortunately, it is possible, but we will not leave you alone here. Story Vape enjoys direct technical support from the international companies whose products we provide you with.


We appreciate your time, so we advise you to check and examine the product immediately upon receipt and inform us via the direct line via WhatsApp or other communication channels as shown on the site, and we will help you solve the problem as soon as possible.


• Replace and charge devices with manufacturing defects?

We will ask you to send your location so that it can be returned to the manufacturer in order to avoid manufacturing defects in the future, knowing that we need the serial number for some products in order to obtain prior permission from the manufacturer to complete the replacement process according to the warranty terms and during its validity period, we advise you to keep the device box or document the serial number in a picture so that it is easy to refer to in the event of any manufacturing defect to benefit from the warranty in the event of a manufacturing defect. - Product name and specifications:

- Description of the problem:

- Documenting the problem via video or photos

1) The problem must be explained directly and briefly via video, pictures, or both.

2) Shipping cost is out of warranty coverage.

The customer will be required to pay the shipping invoice only if the device replacement process is approved by the manufacturer.
